"Isko"

         Ang Pag-aaral ay mahalaga yan ang ating kayamanan. Minsan kahit na ano pa man ang kahalagahan ng pag-aaral ito padin ay naisasantabi ng marami. Minsan ding mas pinipili na lamang nila ang magtrabaho upang magkaroon ng kita at kahit na anong trabaho ay pinapasok nila dahil na rin sa laganap na kahirapan. Minsan di namang nalilimutan ng mga kabataan ang kahalagahan nito kaya naman isinasawalang bahala nalang.

         Maraming Pilipino ang walang kakayanan na makapag-aral lalo na kung usapang kolehiyo na. Minsan tama na ang High School o Elementarya . Marami din na dahil sa kagustuhan na makapag-aral ay pumapasok bilang isang " Scholar ".

          Masarap isipin na naging scholar ka. Hindi dahil sa wala kang binabayaran kundi dahil alam mo na nagsusumikap kang makapagtapos ng pag-aaal. Hindi biro ang pagiging isang " Isko" kailangan mong panatilihing mataas ang mga grades mo dahil baka mawala ito sayo. Kailangan sundin mo ang mga panuntunan at maging positibo sa iyong paaralan na kinabibilangan.

          Masarap sa pakiramdam ang maging isang scholar. Bakit ? dahil sa bukod sa pagiging proud mo na isa ka sa mga scholar ay makatutulong ka para sa iyong kinabukasan oo mahirap, ngunit masaya lalo na kung ginagawa mo ang lahat ng makakaya mo. Lalo na kung makikita mo na ang resulta 'ng mga pinaghirapan mo napakasaya.

          Hindi lahat ng Scholar ay matatalino o yung tipong nerd na. May mga scholar din na hindi man matatalino ay matitiyaga at masisikap naman sabi nga daig ng masipag ang matalino kung matalino nga tamad naman wala ding patutunguhan.

          Minsan pa nga nalilimutan na ng mga yan na kumain sa takdang oras para lang matapos nila ang mga gawain upang makapasa at makakuha ng magandang grades. Minsan ding hindi na sila natutulog pagdating ng exam dahil takot sila na baka bumaba ang grades nila at matanggal ang scholarship nila. Minsan ding umiiyak nalang sila dahil sa dami ng ginagawa ay nawawalan na sila ng pag-asa. Minsan ding halos hindi na sila makahinga sa kaba lalo na kapag presentation na dahil baka hindi magustuhan ng guro ang ginawa nila.

          Lagi lang nating iisipin na lahat ng ginagawa natin ay para sa atin at sa ating pamilya. Ano mang problema ang dumating huwag mong hayaang sumuko ka nalang. Kakayanin mo hanggang sa matapos mo ito.

Labanan ng PBA Governor's Cup sa MOA Arena.

          Pagalingan ng magkakapantay na standing ang paglalabanan ngayon ng apat na koponan ang sasalang sa MOA Arena sa pagpapatuloy ng PBA Governor's Cup. Ang Meralco Bolts, Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, Talk N' Text tropang Texters, at Alaska aces.

         Ganap na Alas-5:15 ng hapon ang tapatan ng Meralco Bolts na hahabulin ang ikatlong sunod na panalo laban sa Rain or Shine Elasto painters na mayroong back to back win. Ganap na 7:30 naman ang tapatan ng Talk N' Text Tropang Texters at Alaska Aces.

         Noong nakaraang laban ng Bolts laban sa Alaska ay nakakuha ito ng iskor na 84-74 na kanilang ikatlong panalo sa Limang laro.

         Si Mario West ng Bolts ay gumawa ng 32 points sa kanilang huling salang laban sa RoS import na si Arizon Reid na gumawa ng 39 Markers sa huling laro.

         Natalo naman ang Alaska sa kanilang huling laro. Ang TNT ay nakakuha ng 102-95 win sa Global Port Batang Pier may limang araw na ang nakalipas.

Ito ay nagIaIaman ng mga ebidensya at mga impormasyon tungkoI sa mga transaksyon ng JLN Corporation na pagmamay-ari ni Janet-Lim Napoles.
       Ang nasabing notebook ay nagIalaman ng transaksyon ni NapoIes simuIa 2012 hanggang 2013. NagpakiIaIa ang mga nasabing testigo na nagtatrabaho siIa kay NapoIes biIang Presidente ng NGO's hanggang sa naaresto si NapoIes ng Makati City Court.
       MaaIaIang noong nakaraang Iinggo ay sumuko na si NapoIes sa PanguIo. kasaIukuyan namang nasa iIaIim ng pangangaIaga ng PuIisya si NapoIes sa  probinsya ng Laguna. a good student

     Las time I interviewed Ms. Alegria Joy P. Barilla. She was a sixteen years old girl studying at La

Verdad Christian College as a Mass communication Technology student. At first, she already went at

La Verdad Christian College Caloocan after sha graduated in High School but she did not accepted.

She go at QCPU in the course of computer secretarial with a one year course. When she was on her

second semester one of the staffs of the school got a problem on money so he/she did'nt sign a

contract for the students to graduate. She decided again to go to La Verdad Christian College to

enroll then she was accepted but her sister did'nt.
    
     When she was at La Verdad she felt very happy because she wants the quality of the school that

she was belonging. She wants to study and to graduate because she wants her course. Even if  it is

difficult for her she was coping in it. Her inspiration is God, second is her family.

     After she graduate, she wants to have a good job. She wants to be permanent to that job to help her

family.

    Many students are like her. So when the opportunities are in your hand grab it. Do your best to

make your life better.

Dea kuya Radio La Verdad 1350

         This segment on UNTV radio was hosted by Kuya Daniel Razon and Bro Eliseo Soriano as a 

resource person. The issues and topics that was discussed was advised based on the bible. 

the drama where in the chosen letter from the listener is being dramatized by the voice talents of the students 

of the teachers and students of the La Verdad Christian College.

        Dear kuya was Launched last January 14, 2013. It is now one of the favorite segment of the listeners of 

Untv radio. Dear Kuya aired from Monday to Friday. This live dramatization is based on a story from a 

letter sender who wishes to seek a biblical solution to his or her problem. 

Christian living week

     It was so exciting. All of the students in La Verdad Christian College was busy in preparing in their own entries. All of the staffs, students and organizers was busy. They did their best to make this program beautiful. From the start of the program   till it was done the flow of the program is good. Every section in very year was prepared to show their offering to God. It was not a competition to us. Every students cooperate in this program. In the program, students can participate to every categories. There was a bible preaching, bible quiz bee, choral or the choirs and christian dance on the fourth  day of the christian living week. All of the entries in every categories was super prepared. The outcome of the program was beautiful. On the last day, I'm so excited and nervous because I'm one of the representative  in our "Gayak" or the modest apparel. We go to school early and prepared for the event. After this, The ASOP or the song of praise. The talented students composed songs and sang by their chosen singer. After that is the awarding of the champions. The over all champion is the MCT-13. We are happy that we became the champion in choral and christian dance. We are all happy and contented of what we achieve.

Why am I here in LVCC?

     I'm so thankful that I was chosen to be a part of the scholarship here in La Verdad Christian College. Many thanks to the people who give us a full scholarship. To Bro. Eliseo Soriano and Bro. Daniel Rason for giving us this scholarship. Because of them we are continuing our studies and continuing to achieve our dreams.

     At first I'm not expecting that I will be here in LVCC. I don't even think that I will study in college. My friend of my parents recommended me to study here. At first I'm not interested because I don't want to be apart from my family. But then, I realize that I have to study for them. I want to help them when I finish my studies and get a good job. I want to prove myself from my relatives. I want to give my family a good and better life not the life that we encountered.

     It is hard to finish the works. But I'm so happy that I become a part of this kind of school. I learned so much from our professors and I met so many true friends. I won't forget the day that I become a part of this school

     Gadgets are devices that is so important to us. Gadgets are application that makes the users works easily and give support to them. It play an important role in man's everyday life. The modern people are obsessed with the electronic gadgets and we can't live well without some gadget. It is very difficult for us to live our life without it. Electronic gadgets are invaded every part of our life and have proved themselves to be useful.

    Cellphones are very important to us. Most of the Filipino's are using cellphone for them to make a communication to others more easier. Cellphones are very important to every person in the community. From a rich man into the simplest member of the community it is important to have a communication using a cellphone. For a business mans, Using cellphone is very important in communicating on their clients and checking for them. For a student, it is important to communicate to their classmates and teachers in doing school works. Most of it, it is important for them to communicate to their parents while they're away. For a simple member of the community, it is important to them to communicate to their relatives and in their loved ones while they were not seeing each other. Cell phones are the perfect way to stay connected with others and provide the user with a sense of security.

    Cellphone is important to us, but there are disadvantages in using it. In terms of our health, cellphones produces a radiation that is not good to our brain. Students are spending a lot of time with cell phone chatting and browsing online through their smart phone and reduce their studying activity.
      There is nothing wrong in using cell phone, we must use it in a limited manner to avoid unwanted issues due to it. Cellphones and other gadgets are very useful to us. It make our life easier and it gives entertainment. Let us be responsible in using them.

     This song is a song that was sang by Mandy Moore. It was one of the song that is used to the movie A walk to remember. This song is about a person who has the faith to God. They will pray to God in the middle of their hardship. They prayed because they know that God is their only hope to pass all the  challenges that was given to them. They prayed because they know that God have plans for them so they will keep believing on him. They gave their problems to God and surrender it to him because they believe in him.

     In every situation, if challenges came, don't forget to pray and ask a help on him for you to be strong enough to face your challenges. Even in the good things that is happening to you do not forget to thank him for the blessing he gave too you and to the people you love. Every hour, every minute, every second we have to remember God and thank him for everything he gave to you.

a story review of a movie "A walk to remember"

         This story is a love story of a nice, intelligent , and a quiet girl and a rich, reckless and aimless boy. The girl is Jamie Sulivan and the boy is Landon Carter. Jamie was always bullied by his classmates for wearing a dowdy  cloth and her blue sweater. She was the daughter of the towns baptist minister, she was very faithful to her religion. Incident happen when Landon and his friends did a very dangerous stant that results to paralyze one of his friend. Because of that incident, Landon is punished to teach poor children and to act on the play on their school drama. In that play his leading lady was Jamie. While memorizing his line, he find it hard so he ask for a help from Jamie. Jamie help him but in one condition, that Landon won't fall in love with her. Landon agrees saying that he will not fall in love with Jamie. Later on, London find itself in loved with Jamie. Jamie tries to run away from falling in love but she couldn't help it. They find that their love is a love that can't be because in the end Jamie died but before she die they get married.

         In the movie Jamie inspired Landon by her moves and  the way she talks to him. Jamie teaches him to have faith on himself and to transform his life to something that is worth living. In turn, he became a dependable stronghold of Jamie to face his death.

         This movie is a very simple but it touches the heart of the viewers. This movie contains a story that young audiences can easily relates. Mandy Moore shows not only a great music, but also a great acting. Jamie became a good model of teenagers. She believe that beauty and riches are not everything, a person should stand on his/her values and belief and never mind what other are saying about you. When Landon is about to leave he was sorry to Jamie's father that he can't give Jamie the miracle she wants, but Jamie's father that he was the miracle of Jamie. Landon give Jamie not only his love but a joy and hope.
